 Principal of Lutacaga Elementary, Ms. Aurora Garza was born in Halecenter, Texas. She is an Othello High School graduate and has lived in Othello since 1968. She attended Central Washington University and earned her Bachelors Of Arts Degree in Elementary Education with Minors in Reading and Spanish. in 1980. She earned her Master's and Administrative Degrees from Heritage University. Ms. Garza taught first, third, and ELL students. She has had the pleasure of working in the district for 16 years. She is dedicated to helping students achieve their potential.
Ms. Garza has three children, a wonderful daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren. She enjoys walking, reading mystery novels, and taking care of her grandkids. La directora de Lutacaga, Sra. Aurora Garza, nació en Halecenter, Texas. Ella es residente de Othello desde 1968 y se graduó de Othello High School. Ella asistió a la Universidad de Central Washington con un bachillerato en Educación Elementaría y Menores en Lectura y Español. The students that will be crossng 7th Avenue, must cross where Crossing Guards are located. Los alumnos que cruzan la Avenida 7, deben cruzar donde estan los Guardias de Cruzar. Those students who have parents parked in the school parking lot can enter the parking lot at any point on the sidewalk where school personnel are located. Parents parked in the parking lot cannot leave until all the buses have departed. Padres estacionados en el estacionamiento escolar no pueden salir hasta que los autobuses escolares se hayan ido. No cars are permitted in the parking lot in front of the building during loading of busses at the end of the day.
